    What is most valuable?

SSO provides out-of-the-box authentication for the majority of the apps; and it provides a holistic solution for the company. Right now, we are using an on-premise solution. If we want to move to the Cloud, CA has that solution as well. So... more»

How has it helped my organization?

SSO has impacted security on the whole. It has provided a very good user experience. We have recently moved from an experience in which users had to log in multiple times. Now they love it because they don't even have to have a log in because... more»

    What needs improvement?

CA has come up with and has talked about Cloud-based solutions. I would like to see more mature ideas than what they're providing. I'm sure they have that on their roadmap. There are certain integration points that can be leveraged and made... more»

    What is most valuable?

I implemented the use of authentication workflow entirely on the client side. This gives the client app a JWT and makes the infrastructure a lot easier to manage in a distributed way since I don't need to track user sessions on the servers... more»

    What needs improvement?

I am pretty happy with the outcome so far this year. We have yet to hear from the customers. I have not updated it myself and I have not done any work with customers. Looking at their roadmap, they have a broad grasp of the security features... more»

    What is most valuable?

The integration of third-party directory services helps you to move your existing users and groups into the Atlassian products. As far as I know, Crowd supports at least the integration of these directories: OpenLDAP, Apache Directory Server,... more»

How has it helped my organization?

Crowd is not really there for improving your organization, it more servers as a directory service for the Atlassian products. Still, it is a good way for access control and of course the single sign-on feature brings some comfort for the users.
