IBM Business Automation Workflow ROI

EP
Deputy CEO, CIO at a insurance company with 51-200 employees

We have seen a good return on investment because we usually use the solution to improve digital transformation. There were a lot of savings and the license cost is not something that would be difficult to return quickly. However, it is difficult to calculate a return on investment for this specific product because it is only one piece of the entire infrastructure and software we use for digital transformation. IBM BAW is one of the parts, but the entire cost of IT had a really high return on investment.

Customers see ROI.

When you're talking about ROI, we've seen infinite ROI considering that our licenses is as a partner. It's saved us from buying licenses, HR systems, and other things that we just built out ourselves. The solution has also saved us time.
