IBM InfoSphere DataStage Customer Service and Technical Support

Ursula Fladeruf
Owner at mip GmbH
We do have some experience with technical support and customer services. We have access to the IBM software hotline, which is normal for IBM. They work with the FTS (Follow the Sun) support model which means they are available 24/7. The availability is good and the response is as well. I would say it is good support. View full review »

The quality of technical support you can expect usually depends on the region. In Egypt, it was not great, but in Jordan, Dubai, and Kuwait, it was good. That was a couple of years ago. I'm not using the solution right now, so I can't say for sure if this is still the case. View full review »
