Setting up MaaS360 is straightforward. It's a simple "next, next, finish" installer.

Initially, the setup was pretty good. Right now, I have 19 devices that are not upgraded to the new April 2023 release, and I can't force a phone to do it. It might have been because I'm not a power user or because of the fact that I didn't do it.

It is very easy. There is an in-house team from IBM that helps not only us but also our customers with lifecycle management and onboarding. It has been pretty easy until now.
