MaaS360 seems stable. We've had a few bugs with it, but it seems okay.

It is a stable solution that functions twenty-four hours and seven days a week.

I had to change one of the phones that didn't connect to the network. I could set the device name for the new phone I set up for a user. However, I could not set the device name for the other phone that I did not set up. This is annoying because I should be able to do that.

All applications that IBM rolls out are pretty stable and robust. I am sure they do all the testing before launching a new product. MaaS360 is a pretty robust product that is available for use in the enterprise world. From the stability point of view, we have not faced any challenges. We have not yet done any updates.

MaaS360 has gone down a few times over the years, and people couldn't get their emails on their phones, so it was problematic, but that didn't happen often. It was a lot less stable than Intune.

It is stable and reliable. I have clients who use it on a daily and hourly basis. So, their whole deployment is actually dependent on the stability of this product.

In the last four, five years, it's never failed and I've never had a problem. It was always there. When there are new releases from iOS or something, we implement. I've never experienced downtime problems whatsoever.

MaaS has been pretty reliable and we have had minimal issues. Only issue I may have is that it can sometimes take upwards of 5-10 minutes for a passcode unlock to go through onto the device (sometimes, not always).

It does seem that the more devices we added, the slower the management console operates.

There have been complaints of the Maas360 app that is required on the devices to drain the phone battery faster than normal. Also, I have had an issue with the Maas360 app failing and causing my phone to become unusable.

We've had a few instances where the Maas360 updates caused issues on phones, but they were far and few between. I think the same could probably be said for other solutions.
