Certain vendors within the market, like Palo Alto, have SOAR platforms. Compared to these tools, IBM Resilient is lagging. IBM Resilient does not have the good support and security features that other tools have. IBM Resilient is quite good in integrations. Palo Alto has a lot of products for firewalls, endpoints, and threat intelligence. The connectivity between Palo Alto products is very good. IBM Resilient lacks these features. However, the solution has promised to build such capabilities.

After evaluation, our company is planning to switch over to Fortinet FortiSOAR.

We didn't evaluate other options. We were already using IBM QRadar and the best solution to implement with it was IBM Resilient.
