I have used Palo Alto before switching to IBM. Palo Alto, with its background in automation, is challenging to work with when it comes to incident handling and customization. It is difficult to onboard and customize, which can lead to high operational costs, especially when dealing with data integration. Compared to other products, it is not as flexible when you want to create custom playbooks or add new data fields, making it a less straightforward choice for many users.

We hadn't previously used a different solution. We chose IMB Resilient because it's the best SOAR solution if you are implementing IBM QRadar.
