The initial setup was complex.

The deployment took three to four days. 

The implementation took two days and the configuration took three days because we have a large virtual environment.

The initial setup is a bit of a learning experience, especially for novices. Deployment takes around half an hour.

I'm not involved with the initial setup but I believe it's somewhat complex and it takes time. We have system administrators who deal with the maintenance.
