Price-wise, it's a cheaper solution, without a doubt. Price is the reason we are still using the tool. But service-wise and feature-wise, it is not as good as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Though I am unsure about the prices, I feel it is around 5,00,000 to 8,00,000 INR, including the storage capacity provided for the tool. So, 80% of its price is for its storage.

There are various licensing plans available based on geographic zone. For example, in India they have different plans than in Africa, the Middle East and Europe. The plans in India are altogether different in pricing and options. 

If you have a small to medium business and you require a professional collaboration server that focuses on the main services of emails and calendar scheduling, I recommend IceWarp. It is much more cost effective than other known solutions and especially a better choice than the online, per-month lease services.

Pricing and licensing is very competitive and in some cases, cheap.

Our licensing is on a yearly basis. There were no additional costs. If a customer requires additional features, which are not including in the plan, then we simply charge additionally.

It is definitely one of the lowest price solutions.

The license is based on the number of users.

With all of the features that are available for the users included with the license, it is reasonably priced.
