Illumio Adaptive Security Platform Customer Service and Technical Support

We've contacted technical support and are currently working with a professional right now for a couple of days each month. So far, we haven't been too satisfied with the assistance they've provided. I'd rate them as okay. Sometimes we are required to wait for a resolution. It can take a while to get a response. We need a special environment, and it takes them time to help us which can be frustrating. View full review »
