Influitive AdvocateHub Room for Improvement
The feedback we get within challenges is restricted to just admins. It's difficult to connect the content with Google sheets, so that different department heads can more quickly get access to the responses they need without being dependent on me. I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to get approval for a Zapier account to make this happen. Currently, that is the only workaround for this drawback.

Every idea I ever have Influitive takes into consideration and some they even implement quickly. Very cool.

View full review »The only area for improvement is that it is sometimes buggy and the lag time on creating/exporting can be frustrating. But they are backed by a great support team that can assist!
View full review »I have suggested notifications within the platform for new challenges and also a more engaged platform for each community member to interact with one another. I know these features are currently being looked at for future development.
View full review »Means for advocates to interact with each other could still be improved. It is considerably better now than when I started, but I'd like to see more capabilities in this area. I believe Influitive is continuing to work on this.
View full review »We would like to see more advanced admin options. Part of providing real value for our advocates involves being able to put them in touch with highly technical experts when needed. At this point and time, this has posed a few problems. Influitive support recommends keeping admin count low, yet when counting our employees as users adds them into our reporting. There are other little things like that, where I'll want a capability and think it should be possible, reach out to our account rep, and find out that the platform doesn't support it.

View full review »I know Influitive is relatively new and there are a lot of ideas on their roadmap (which is great because they are always improving). I think they should take a look at Pardot's features and "steal" some of their functions (how advocate information is displayed, importing advocates and adding them or deleting them from lists, making it easier to bulk edit/change/add using csv imports.
