What is our primary use case?

Data360 Govern is all about customer data connecting business objectives and governance needs. The main functionalities: business glossaries, data catalog, lineage/impact analysis, profiling and compliances like GDPR/LGPD; as result It is about pushing, cross-selling, upselling, and providing the best data services. The main use case is to combine different kinds of data, print the data, and make it compliant with different standards and unified and customer information. "It is an integrated solution that provides end-to-end capabilities for managing the data. It is very useful for cleaning the data. It also allows us to combine data from on-premises and cloud sources. On this unified data, we can perform some advanced analytics to predict customer behavior and create new products. Its management and governance capabilities are valuable. It provides full tracking of the data flow. It provides customers the full control over the data and the ability to protect the data. It enables us to provide the best service to the customers. We also get great support from Infogix."

"We would like this solution to be available in our local language. In our region, people are not fluent in English. It would be nice to have this solution in Portuguese and Spanish. Its workflows are great, but it would be useful to have business flow at a high level because we need to work together with business users. To get a good ROI, you need to put this solution to work to solve a business problem, not to solve a technical problem. You must also define the correct roadmap. This is a big solution, but you can start with the basics functions and then start growing the functionality to provide quick wins for the business.
