In terms of stability, we have experienced very few issues with the software itself. So I would rate the stability of the solution around nine out of ten.

There's always room for improvement. If there's a feature that doesn't work as expected, we can provide feedback, and they address it accordingly.

With the performance, we're good, however, this is maybe the interaction with the Excel 32-bit version. This is always the question - is Excel the bottleneck or is it Infor or our infrastructure? We don't know.

Yes we did, but it was due to a network issue and not due to the product itself.

The bigger the database with accelerators the more unstable it is, but without accelerators the model would not run.
