The marketing and sales automation aspects of Infusionsoft have proved very useful.

What is most valuable?

The marketing and sales automation aspects of Infusionsoft have proved very useful; now we're able to see exactly where our leads and conversions are coming from, and which campaigns are actually working.

How has it helped my organization?

We have a much better understanding of which campaigns are most effective and can adapt accordingly.

What needs improvement?

The CRM area isn't exactly robust, which isn't a problem for us as we pair Infusionsoft with vTiger to handle our CRM and sales/marketing automation needs.

We are currently implementing this tool and have high hopes for how it will drive drive lead generation and management.

Would love to see the option to create required fields on the contact records. Would love to see the ability to change the first four tabs and put my custom fields on those tabs instead of creating new tabs.

What other advice do I have?

It can be used for recruiting, e-marketing, and information marketing. Now backed by publicly traded company. Excellent if you already have a following or database and are looking to systemetize, integrate, and orchestrate communication to your clients.
