Its GUI is really good and it easy to understand for non-technical users.

Visually, it's very good. It provides everything needed for dynamic detection, which is very useful.

The most valuable feature of Instana Dynamic APM is auto-instrumentation.

The platform’s most valuable feature is the ability to monitor the performance of containers for request and response analysis.

The solution has the best SLI and SLA features.

The primary selling point of this product is its unparalleled transparency into the infrastructure. It provides detailed information about the applications installed on each server and the operating systems they run. Another noteworthy feature is its near-instantaneous one-second monitoring, delivering updates rapidly.

This is a user-friendly solution with great dashboards. It's great for monitoring services and applications and can be installed in the AWS cloud. 

The detailing of our application behavior and user experience is most valuable. In case there is an issue, we typically use Instana to figure it out. We can drill down to the application and figure out what's going on and where the issue is.

One of the most valuable features is auto-discovery and that it needs little configuration. This was valuable because we had a variety of stacks to support. 

Also, it collects data at a higher granularity than other tools. Other tools will usually collect data at longer intervals, and that's not usually configurable. But Instana collects data much more frequently, around every second and, as the data gets older, it stores samples of it. For something that is an issue, if the data is sampled, you may not be able to figure out the behavior of that application. You may be looking for when a very small spike occurred. If you're only collecting one data point per minute, you may not be able to catch that behavior. If you're collecting more frequently, you can. The granularity is a useful feature.

The most valuable features are the monitoring with granularity by one second, which allows real-time data generation, and the fast implementation.

The overall capabilities are the most valuable.

With Instana, the interface and the UI are very simple to use. 

Also, I really like the free EUM module. It's free, not like other monitoring tools.
