I have experience with ITRS Geneos. I am a customer of the solution who is using it at my current workplace, which is a bank.

I have been using Geneos pretty much since I have been at the bank. I have been at the bank for eight years and used it in two roles. When I joined the bank, I headed up market data and the bank was already using Geneos. So, it was already in place when I joined. Then, I changed roles and moved into applications support for the front office, where I introduced Geneos and helped create an enterprise deal enabling it to be rolled out across all areas of the front office.

I started using ITRS Geneos in 2012, so it has been almost nine years.

I've been using ITRS Geneos for about 18 months. We're using version 4.9.2 and we're just waiting for version 5 to be packaged for deployment. It's already gone through the approval process, but we have to wait until corporate center sends it to us.

I first used the solution in 2009 however CJC have been working with this product since 1999. CJC has to provide 99.999% availability on mission critical infrastructures and it would be incredibly difficult to do this without Geneos. Our clients have a similar requirement of ITRS and so require consultants trained in the product to support their systems. We have assisted in the support of real-time infrastructures at 15 tier one to tier two banks along with brokers and vendors.

I have used Geneos for six months. 

I have worked with multitude of versions for a year and a half. All of the versions I have used are very similar, and it has very much added value to every team that has used it.

I've used 2011.2.1 (Gateway version) and ga-3.0.22 (NetProbe version) for about three years.

I've used it since the early 2000s, in the halcyon days when it was branded as ITRS NetAgent. I had led its feasibility test and global rollout for my previous company’s Triarch and TIBCO platforms. ITRS was new to TIBCO at the time, so we had worked closely to add the necessary platform-specific features; ITRS has always been easy to work with.
