We are working with Jama to customize it so that it works better with our processes. It's all about matching existing company processes with what Jama has to offer, and how well their tools are integrated into the Jama Connect Suite.

I primarily use Jama Connect to gather requirements for testing scenarios.

We use the solution for the lifecycle management of medical devices. 

We use Jama Connect for requirements management, test management, and some attempts to utilize it to store documents, despite the fact that it was not designed for that use.

This is a requirement management tool for collecting business requirements, such as end user needs, as well as technical system and software requirements. It's all about documentation and management. We provide support as consultants to some of our clients and we are customers of Jama Connect. 

We are using the hybrid cloud deployment model.
