Before using Nintex, we had a manual process which started with sending an email. This process is now 50% automated. We upload a form to start the workflow and the process follows certain business rules. For example, if an amount of money is more than or less than a specific amount, the automation sends it to a specific department. 

It is for process automation, and it saves a lot of time and resources. Some of the things used to take weeks, and now they can be done in days and hours. Previously, we needed a spreadsheet, and now everything is done through a form. Everything is automatic, and eventually, the returns are pretty good.

The solution has helped us to automate our business processes, our approval systems, and automation for quickly developing on SharePoint on-prem and SharePoint online.

There are several products. One of them was a product to improve the claims management of an insurance company.

We have been able to automate many different business processes for several different departments. Our solutions using Nintex has been most successful in automating HR processes because it allows you to easily and rapidly build solutions that conform to the unique business processes for each entity. Every department/company business model and structure is unique. This tool set makes it easy to integrate current processes and increase adoption rates and usage for the tool, as well as the process changes to update it on the fly.

There has been no noticeable improvement.
