We are a hospital and none of our patient applications run through our load balancers, so ROI isn't calculated.

There is no ROI. It is for security reasons that we decided to use the Kemp Load Balancer solution. We no longer wanted the traffic to go directly to the Exchange servers.

Not sure about exact numbers but the time and effort we don't spend dealing with it, makes up for it. 

It has paid for itself after multiple years.
