KiSSFLOW Primary Use Case
I use Kissflow to handle business tools. Whenever other teams have to integrate their spreadsheet so they can automate tickets, I help them with that. I'm the spreadsheet configurator, and I get Kissflow to talk to a spreadsheet or even a website.
View full review »Our company operates in 54 countries, with our headquarters in Durham, North Carolina. We use Kissflow for a project called DPA, where we build various projects using Kissflow. We have deployed Kissflow for various purposes, including for our finance application for finance payments and invoices. We also integrate Kissflow with CostPoints to track time sheets and attendance to make payments to staff. We have also developed enterprise health management software for those countries because our company is an NGO running HIV programs.
View full review »Currently, we use boards to manage various processes. The main processes we manage with KiSSFLOW are quality control, maintenance of past and ongoing jobs, HR department tasks such as registration, classification, and control of the hiring process.
We also use it to manage sales office tasks, including creating and managing offers for customers. Additionally, we utilize KiSSFLOW to track the progress of ongoing projects in our business.

View full review »Primarily, the KiSSFLOW platform is utilized to develop and maintain projects for any business vision looking to convert from paper to online forms. For instance, transforming paper procedures to online, aligning with the company's vision to automate everything. The goal is not to see employees still using paper but to automate forms and workflows. Ideally, they aim for automation to be seamlessly integrated for any form. That's the vision for any progressive company.
View full review »My organization is an ed-tech company. We have multiple freelancers who create questions. There are a lot of people who prepare for the government examinations in India. We have around one crore questions on our platform. We use freelancers to create these questions. We use the product primarily for managing our freelancers.
The requirement starts with a manager. For example, if a manager wants English questions translated into Hindi, The request doe from the manager to the language manager. Then, the request goes to the freelancer. After the freelancer has completed the job, it goes for approval. Likewise, we have multiple processes. We use the product to track the progress of the work.
I also use the solution for a lot of automation. We also have KiSSFLOW support. We can integrate it and make automated forms. I work more on automation. We have automated many KiSSFLOW processes. We create reports and make decisions like payment structures based on them.
One of the use cases is the approvals we do for the purchase process. Our purchase process is in our ERP, but the approval workflow configuration is done in Kissflow. We delegate authority in Kissflow, and people in our organization log in to Kissflow and approve the purchase.
View full review »I use Kissflow to request approval for leave. I also use it to access some of the company privileges or to log issues, comments, or requests for information from the company. I request approval, then the manager approves it. Once approved, I get the notification that my request has been approved on Kissflow.

We used the tool to make sure that some processes were standardized and executed properly every time. It helped us with automation and took the administrative load off our teams. The solution automated emails and reminded people to complete their tasks. It also helped with the HR onboarding process where we could send out an automated welcome email.
