The price of Kiuwan is lower than that of other tools on the market.

Kiuwan is not as expensive as the other solutions. We pay according to the number of lines of code that have been hired to scan, whether it scans or not. That's the downside.

Kiuwan is an open-source solution and free to use. 

I'm not entirely sure about the price and business aspects, but I assume Checkmarx might be less expensive. I think Checkmarx might offer more affordable options, especially in its smaller business version.

We can likely find free open-source solutions that give us close to the quality we get with this solution. We'd rather not pay if we don't have to.

With this solution you only pay for the total amount of lines of code and it's a reasonable cost.
