I rate the product an eight out of ten. 

I am using the latest version of the solution. Kofax provides TotalAgility, which is similar to App Service, along with RPA and OCR services. In general, the RPA product is technically well. Microsoft is giving more interesting products to the market. Currently, we are trying to move to Microsoft products. We are interested in having more cloud solutions in the organization. 

Our Kofax is an on-prem solution. Nowadays, everything is related to ChatGPT. It is not easy to collaborate with Kofax products. Currently, the chatbot option and chatbot development are not there in Kofax. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

Tungsten has been known for a long time for connecting with OCR or scanners, as it provides RPA mechanisms to enhance the quality of scanned pages and scanning processes. Tungsten is integrating Kubernetes, OCR, and email and border processing capabilities. When you receive an email containing an invoice, Tungsten can automatically extract the attachment, perform full OCR, and execute all required processes based on the provided instructions.

There are two main ones. The first one is that Tungsten has an embedded browser, which allows Kofax to run multiple robots on the server side. You need a terminal or another device to control your automation in other RPA applications. For example, if you've developed a process to go to a browser, search for a new word, and then collect data from Twitter, you would usually need another device to control this process. Anything related to website browsing and Excel can be done directly from the server without an intermediary terminal or device with Tungsten.
The management console orchestrates and streamlines operations. Compared to other tools such as ABBYY RPA, ABBYY UTM, and those employing REST and SOAP protocols, configuring Tungsten RPA is notably straightforward. It generates apparent configurations for SOAP and REST API, facilitating smooth orchestration. Managing tasks and configurations is simpler than other applications.

I advise using Tungsten with Kofax KTA rather than as a standalone solution. When you purchase Kofax RPA, you should buy it together with Kofax KTA. This combination is preferable because it offers robust business process management capabilities and enhances the strength of RPA. Integrating these two applications will result in a more potent solution.

Overall, I rate this solution a nine out of ten.

Depending on the use cases, Kofax covers a larger area of content scrapping, like grabbing texts from many other inputs like documents.

Overall, I rate the solution a six out of ten.

I rate Kofax RPA eight out of 10. It's a good product if you do a lot of batches. However, if you're a total beginner only dealing with relatively simple RPA processes, you might consider looking at Power Automate.

It also depends on what you want to do. Kofax has more solutions than RPA. When you use other Kofax tech, it's more efficient to use it. For example, you can integrate Kofax APA with it. These vendors have a range of solutions, but we're only talking about Kofax RPA.

I recommend this solution.

Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.

We want to switch to UiPath because it is the market leader and it has features that are missing in Kofax RPA.

My advice to others is only to choose this solution if they are looking to automate simple processes.

I rate Kofax RPA a five out of ten.

Unless it's necessary to interact with or extract information from complex documents, I would recommend choosing a different solution than Kofax RPA. I'd rate Kofax RPA seven out of ten.

Overall, I rate the tool an eight and a half out of ten.

I would rate this solution seven out of ten.

I don't think there is a major difference among all the RPA tools on the market. We use Kofax effectively and I'm happy with it. 

I rate this solution a nine out of 10. 

I think the product itself is very simple. The Kofax RPA concept is a little different from that of other similar products on the market. We have a centralized system which means that whereas other products are coming from the desktop robotic side, in the case of Kofax, they constantly think of the large corporations that are using their robots. For some customers, it's very important that everything is centralized. And of course that's an important issue but then, of course, it brings challenges when you are trying to create the desktop robot.

I would rate the product an eight out of 10. It's a tricky question because we sell the product, but I guess there is always room for improvement.

I give the solution an eight out of ten.

I advise starting slow to understand the robotic process, and the RDA process, and then building it from there. The stack flow is built from one Robot because the cost of the robot is paid. So we have to understand the process, then go from there.

Firstly, you need to understand whether you can automate your processes or manual activities. If you have a lot of departments and manual activities, this is a good automation tool. If you have few manual activities, a programming document like Java would be a better option. 

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten. The reasons are that it is very easy to implement, maintain, and learn. It is possible to train a developer easily to use this solution. 

I think your choice for an RPA solution depends on what the issues are that you are looking to resolve. If someone is using other Kofax products, they might have some advantages in using this solution. Other than that, I think that there are other tools on the market which may be better to work with for automation.  

On a scale from one to ten (where one is the worst and ten ins the best), I would rate this product as a five-out-of-ten.  

We are using it in a fairly niche way to do web research. We have had some experience of doing internal robots, etc, and we had some experience of actually doing some implementations with larger organizations that we work for. The major observation we've made while automating routine tasks via a macro model is that in long term, they can be difficult to automate with complex systems like SAP because the base system has many different routes through the forest. When you do an RPA implementation, you may automate one route through the forest, but you then find that there are multiple routes that can diverge from that, so an initial project or initial robot spec can actually grow far beyond your initial expectations.

I would rate Kofax RPA an eight out of ten. In general, we've found it to be very functional and quite good. They seem to be offering features on newer instances faster than what we can absorb. There is feature overload, and possibly other RPA vendors are in the same area because the market does seem to be quite solid.

I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten. We've been quite satisfied with it overall.

Kofax RPA is very handy. They make your processes very valuable. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate this product the best, a ten.

I would recommend this solution to others. It's a good product.

We are not using the latest version, we have yet to migrate, but it is serving our purpose. I don't see any major issues.

In regards to integration, they are improving constantly and adding more connectors, which means integration is working well.

I don't have any issues with security or stability.

If I have to integrate with any other applications or tools, the partnership has to be established. For example, if you have to have a connector with Veeva Vault or SAP, the connector should be available.

The partnership or third-party should be available with that tool.

Technically, they have connectors with several other third parties. There could be exceptions.

I would rate Kofax RPA a seven out of ten.

I would definitely recommend this solution. It is a comparatively good solution. They seem to have a very strong OCR solution and DocuSign solution as part of Kofax.

We are getting more insights into their partner program. We have requested to get into their partner program. If our organization becomes a partner, it will possibly have a little advantage on the cost side. We have a very strong customer base across Europe, America, and India. We tried to sell Automation Anywhere, and one of the customers was very much interested in the solution, but everything got stopped because of the price. I just want to see if Kofax's pricing is a little bit competitive and there is a price advantage for partners so that I can suggest it as an alternative to customers who are approaching us for automation solutions.

I am a co-founder of a tech company. We are into robotics process automation, as well as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science. So we've been working on across multiple tools available in the market, be it the top front lineup, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Kryon, WinAutomation, etc.

I'm not an end-user of the products; my team is around me to pick up on capabilities and learn how to apply them in terms of solving automation issues. We have been working very closely with three or four prominent players in the market and we have the capabilities in house to handle our client's needs.

In that last six months, we've been working with the latest version of the solution.

We use both public and private cloud deployment models, depending on the client's needs.

The solution is really good and it's rather budget-friendly. 

I'd recommend the solution if it looks like it will fulfill your organization's objective.

I'd rate the solution six out of ten. We're not really happy with the outcome of one particular complex process. For rather straightforward cases, I'd rate the solution seven out of ten.

In my opinion, when it comes to products and technologies, one is not better than the other. For example, even in a discussion about operating systems and whether macOS is better than Microsoft Windows, I don't think that one is superior. What you really have to look at are the requirements. Once those have been determined then it is possible to compare products and make a choice.

You need to be prepared with the right use cases. Otherwise, the professional team will take time to respond to you with integration requirements and prerequisites. This is the area where a lot of work goes in. I rate the product a seven out of ten.
