I rate Kofax RPA seven out of 10 for scalability. We run Kofax on the cloud, but it's not a cloud product. Scalability is difficult, but the issue is the licensing structure. It can be highly scalable if you have enough licenses.

This is a scalable solution. We have a separate management console where the admin can add users and all the reports can be generated from there. Logs can also be seen from the management console. This is an enterprise application and has the capability of scaling up.

The solution is quite scalable. You can have anywhere from one to 20 robots on one machine.
Our clients vary in size. Some are smaller organizations. We also work with larger companies.
Typically, you only really need a few IT people on the solution. It's not meant to be accessible to the entire employee pool.

The scalability of Kofax is very handy. With a few clicks, you can have your scalable environment up and ready. It is not so complex to configure the entire environment.
About 10 to 15 people are using the solution. For deployment and maintenance of Kofax, it requires some time to handle. If I create some robots it will take some time.
Otherwise, the deployment is done within a few minutes. It's not about time, it's about skills. It's about knowing if someone is very skilled. Then, one person can handle it.

The scalability depends on the business case of the client. If it's the right process, to get automated, it is always scalable. If it's the wrong process, there will be limitations.
We largely work with small scale enterprises.

As far as I know, given that it is cloud-based, it is scalable. It depends on how you structure your organization, and whether you have a Center of Excellence that is capable of deploying and scaling the solution.
This is something that we have not yet reached in the evaluation but we are discussing it at the moment.
