Excellent FlexCone feature, but the solution needs better licensing options and an simpler setup

The FlexClone feature is the solution's most valuable aspect.

If you previously used a different solution, which one did you use and why did you switch?

We previously used the V3700, which is also from Lenovo. The product was at the end of its life which is why we switched.

What other advice do I have?

We use the on-premises deployment model. I would rate the solution six out of ten.

Fits our customers' needs but their support needs improvement

What is most valuable?

We prefer the SR650 server system. This version fits our customers' needs best. That's the latest update that we can try to give them.

What needs improvement?

Technical support could be improved for this solution.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

We can try to make a good offer for our customers, but in Turkey, the difference between the dollar and Turkish lira is very high. Pricing is the hardest part of my job because the price is very high for our customers. We try hard to make the price low for our customers.

What other advice do I have?

Our customers don't invest a lot of money on their IT systems. They always make the initial investment, but they don't upgrade their system. If their systems are okay, they don't want to make any improvements in these systems. I'm a very optimistic person, so I would rate them as seven out of ten.
