I'm not sure which exact version of the server we're using. It might be 630 and 650. They are the latest offerings. 

These are good solutions that come at an average price. The product is reliable.

They also offer better support and better response time. While HP and Dell servers may cost a little more, you get more value for your money.

Most system failures are due to humans, as we don't always follow proper procedures and steps to operate the solution. Based on my experience, the system never fails, and humans fail to operate the tool properly. With that being said, I recommend the solution to others.

Lead times to purchase this solution can be much longer than then expected at this time due to logistics delays.

We're just customers. We don't have a business relationship with Lenovo.

Normally, we are not using the latest version of the solution due to the fact that they are too expensive. We are a university and we have to look for how much money we use. Therefore, often we end up buying some refurbished machines or some equipment from IBM, from Lenovo, etc., which we get at reasonable prices.

Everything is on-premises and we have our own private cloud with these machines.

I'd recommend the solution to other organizations.
