It hasn't. It is good concept-wise, but it is not really conducive to what real project management ends up being in the end.

In a high paced environment, we are always changing our focus and new priorities are always being added, LiquidPlanner allows me to add these new tasks and get an immediate snapshot of how it will impact my other priorities. It helps me identify what needs to change or stay the same.

1. The entire organisation is now on the same page, with one source of truth.
2. Forced people to become compliant in reporting and updates - if its not in Liquidplanner it did not happen.
3. Enabled us to access project plans from multiple locations - we did not have to be on the network and connected to the server.
