Using LiquidPlanner requires a change in the way an organization sees project management. A project manager can't really use this solution without the rest of the organization being on board with it. This is really the issue. It is a good solution for the right organization. It just isn't right for us.

I would rate LiquidPlanner a five out of ten.

Users must understand that LiquidPlanner is not a calendaring program. It focuses on listing tasks, simplifying collaboration, and Getting Things Done! It gives you a really easy way to see how long tasks and projects will take, and if there will be conflicts. Identifying bottlenecks and conflicts is the power that LiquidPlanner offers that other products do not.

Salesforce certified system admin at a cloud provider with 51-200 employees

There is no perfect Project Management platform, you will need to settle with an optimum solution. Spend time evaluating all the options out there before deciding.

Liquidplanner continues to release upgrades and its very clear that the new features being rolled out are a result of them listening intently to their customers
