We saw a return on investment in terms of reduced manual efforts. We improve customer experience. We reduce our support cost, and we definitely see value in it.

We saw a return on investment. For example, if a production outage happens, we lose a lot of money. LoadRunner is a fraction of what we would lose.

Considering the performance issues that we have found and prevented moving into production on client sites is enough to show that there is a positive ROI with the tool. We did some return on investment analysis, by using the POC (proof of concept). We compared other tools with LoadRunner, JMeter, and LoadRunner and we got a generated a scenario testing based on the place of publication and we determined that LoadRunner is good.
