Mainly the videos that were very illustrative.

Valuable Features

Very good and top class video tutorials.

Improvements to My Organization

Our Project Manager invited us to a meeting to ask our opinions about implementing Microsoft Project, and since I hadn't worked on it I was apprehensive. I went through the first few videos of the MS Project course in Lynda.com and there I was ready to hit the meeting with the basic know-how of MS Project.

Room for Improvement

iOS and Android apps need to go through a lot of improvement to match the web experience.

The content itself, but also the ability to watch the videos in 2x speed and get transcripts.

Improvements to My Organization

In particular the UX course has really helped my skill set and I am directly using those skills in my role as a Community Manager on the Cisco Learning Network each and every day.

It would be neat to be able to easily Tweet key takeaways from the content.
