We haven't really looked at ROI. We're using it for sales and marketing promotions. We haven't really measured any upside. However, it is cheap and therefore doesn't have much of an impact on our finances.

Tough to say. Employees are generally happier, because their email sends are automated through RSS campaigns. Those of us who have to deal with deliverability and connectors are much less happy, and we've had to spend a lot of (expensive) time dealing with it.

We are a service company so ROI is hard to measure. We do, however, get positive results with calls and emails from our newsletter although sometimes this is simply in the form of a “thank you.”

I break even so far. In using the free version of this program, I have not made sales based on a buyer receiving a newsletter, and I haven’t had anyone unsubscribe. My YouTube channel has increased by at least 10 subscribers, and I consider that a decent ROI so far.

We haven't really been able to gauge the value in a financial manner. As we are on the free version, it makes it easier for us to track who opens emails, as well as send out information to our clients on a monthly basis on our free webinars and new product offerings.
