IT Support Specialist at a construction company with 11-50 employees
We used a reseller. I can't recall who at the moment, but our experience with them was pretty good. We had some initial questions right out the gate in terms of capabilities and launch and how we were going to launch it. They were pretty good about getting back to us. They were a little bit weird on offering prices though. As I recall, we really had to hound them for getting solid price information out of them.

The deployment can be done in-house. We use the trail version, which is free. So, there is no license key required to activate it.
We have a company personnel that handles the deployment and distribution. We didn't need consultancy. We got the recommendation from the internet, so anyone can download and install it easily.
View full review »I used our technical engineers for the first stage of the deployment. I prefer to be involved in all the technical cases because I want to know as much as I can about the solution. I receive a better understanding of the weaknesses and strengths. We have a total of three engineers that do the deployments.

I did the implementation by myself with the help of their technical support.
It took just 10 minutes to deploy the solution.
View full review »We completed the deployment in-house. One system administrator is enough to handle it. This resource can be used for maintenance as well.

We don't ever hire integrators or consultants. They cost too much money.
For its deployment and maintenance, there are just two people. I'm the IT manager, and then I have an IT technician.
