What I found most useful in ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer is its integration with other ManageEngine applications. It seamlessly integrates throughout the ManageEngine suite, and that's beneficial. I also like that the solution has chain management capabilities, it has a modular approach, and it's easy to reach the support team.

ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer is easy to gather reports to give to management. My supervisor has access to the solution and he enjoys the graphs.

You are able to update the solution if you want newer features because they keep adding to it, then you have to download the updates. In my previous job, I've had it up and running for three years without any updates because I liked the way it looked and it did exactly what I wanted.

The user interface is very good. 

ManageEngine is open to new feature requests and always considers them. Additionally, they have can develop tailor-made fixes for our customers.

The monitoring is very good.

It's one of the easiest products. It's very simple to use.

The solution centralizes logs well. It makes management easy.

Overall, it is a very good solution. However, our clients decided to use a different solution.

It is easy to adopt. I don't have hands-on experience in implementing it, however, when talking to the security team, it was clear they were able to install the product and start using it quickly. It was also quick to learn the basics. 

It is stable.
