We implemented it with a vendor team and in-house employees.

We only needed one person who knew the network to work with the deploying engineer. The solution scans the network on its own and starts building up the data for daily operations. It's really quick. The deployment took around three days. 

It does require maintenance. Only one admin is enough for maintenance.
