It does require some maintenance.

We used a consultant to help us set it up. Unfortunately, he was not that good. They were out of McAfee people. He was a consultant and knew the product, but he was not a McAfee person. How they managed it and how they worked was not straightforward.

We have in-house engineers with the knowledge that did the implementation.

I was able to set up the solution myself. I did not need to worry about getting outside assistance. 

We used McAfee Professional Services for the deployment. They offer support for the first two weeks of the activity.
