It is very stable based on our experience and the application performance has been superb. It is much better compared to what we had before when we were using MPLS. The fact is that this solution introduces quite a lot of flexibility and that it is SSO (Single Sign-On) adaptable is helpful. At the same time, we have good scalability. Those are major benefits for us.

It's very stable. I would rate the stability a nine out of ten simply because there have been a couple of outages. And the outages, when they occur, are in the cloud platform, the Meraki platform, as it's all web-based, internet-based, where there have been some issues with client authentication for the VPN because it's RADIUS-based and it's in the cloud.

So if the cloud is down, those users can't log in to the VPN, and that's created some issues in the past. In other words, about two years ago, we had a couple of outages, and I had some angry calls.

But apart from that, it's been pretty stable.

Stability-wise, I rate this solution an eight and a half out of ten. I would like improved stability in Meraki SD-WAN. Also, it is a very user-friendly solution. So, whenever you want to implement a new site, you can get options that are user-friendly and UI-based, which are very straightforward in nature. Basically, there are no complexities involved. So, a person involved in the solution's implementation can understand everything.

From the stability perspective, everybody is pretty much on the same level playing field. I don't really see anybody standing out more than anybody else. Meraki is a low-cost equipment provider, so they're not offering big metal devices that plug into racks and a data center. They're more along the lines of the hard plastic desktop type of units. They have the same meantime between failure as most other products, so it's difficult to put them above or below anybody else. They all are pretty much on the same level playing field.

As far as we can tell, the stability's great. The speed is great. We didn't experiment with it that much to have the opportunity to really see any faults. We've just come in and tried to catch up with everything that was going on.

Meraki SD-WAN provides a very stable environment.

For example, when I travel out of my city, I still have remote access to my Meraki device. I can access things like my camera feed, I can see my dashboards, and I can manage users. The connection is almost always on, 24/7, with no downtime. In cases where there is downtime, it is almost always a problem with the provider and not the Meraki device.

When it comes to the question of the solution's broader stability, I would state that it is stable. Cisco classic models boast the best stability, although Meraki is also fine. I can say that it is quite stable, as well.
