It goes well if you have the operational test station in place, and you have network automation. then it can be used more efficiently and more extensively.

Micro Focus tools are mature tools, that are well developed.

When compared with SolarWinds, it is more user-friendly, and tasks can be completed more quickly. To work on the application, no special skillsets are required. It is something that could be learned. They have a large community and training videos available online.

The most valuable feature is the auto-archiving of the contributions of network devices, including software updates. Another important feature is the policies and being able to see whether devices are compliant or not with those policies.
