The best feature is the solution's entire credibility with all vendors. When we bring in a Cisco device, the solution has a way of changing its own capabilities to adapt to the Cisco environment. A Moxa device sees the solution as Moxa. When we connect HP devices, the solution is immediately able to manage a 3rd-vendor device in far better ways than Cisco Prime or a Cisco monitoring device. We can easily manage any vendor including Fortinet, Aruba, and Cisco. So the solution is a very good device for network operations management, monitoring, and reporting.
The solution allows for much more modifications or human interventions than the Cisco brand. It gives more room for customization compared to other monitoring servers out there.

Currently, we are not using all of the features they provide; just the main tool for monitoring the alerts. The lists are sent to a third-party tool — ServiceNow. It's an umbrella that collects alerts from different tools.
View full review »It is a good network monitoring, enterprise solution. It is a meta-monitoring solution with good visualization.
View full review »The great thing about this solution is its compatibility for enterprise level organizations. If you need to install 10,000 or even 20,000 devices, it's easy to monitor. The product's fault management is awesome.

View full review »The most important benefit is to have one controller and to get all information to a single point. This is easier than looking at different points to see where messages and tickets are coming from.
View full review »Most valuable function would have to the internal causal engine and its root cause analyzer which keep us updated on critical errors and incidents in our network environment. Secondly, the multi-vendor capability (we have approx 150 different device types from some 10 vendors).
