The solution ensured we would never have to be premise dependent so it didn't matter where we or our employees were, or if something happened to the office. If we didn't have access to the office, we still had that access to all of our tools. We're very much a small firm so we use a lot of software services versus building our own things. We like using things that are already made.

In the past, offices had to install their own Exchange, but with Office 365 we can enjoy the email that is bundled with it, which is Outlook. 

The solution includes most of the things we need. We can use it to integrate other source systems as well, like Power BI.

One of the O365 applications that made a huge impact is the Microsoft Teams that enhanced our communication in sharing files with online modification and execution helped in focusing our conversations and divide them into channels to have an efficient and effective output. Also chatting has been evolved to be not only sharing text but also solving problems instantly due to the ease of communication (Chat, Voice, Video). Work-From-Home became much easier then you can even imagine with O365.

It has helped us to work collaboratively. We can now connect a user to work with us and share functions like a team. For example, users can share data, conduct meetings online or communicate with the other company. The environment is really beneficial. 

We have seen an improvement in efficiency; the ability to have multiple people edit documents concurrently using Teams is a great feature that saves us a lot of time. 

Having everything in one platform, that is integrated, helps us to save time. We have better Communication and Collaboration.

We moved from the on-premise version of Office which had limitations. The cloud version has given us more agility and the ability to focus on the service instead of on the administration. We can spend more time on our core business instead of on the IT teams.

MS365 Business has offered me a robust infrastructure with the out of the box standard offering but also provided amazing apps and features to encourage growth in other areas of my business.

It gives us all the tools we need to practice business in a single, unified, compatible package.

It helped a lot, especially with all of us working from the home office and still practically being as though we were at work in the office. That's what helped most.

Microsoft 365 business has helped us organize.

I'm a project manager. It helped us organize with all of our teamwork. We can go into Teams, we can set up a team that gives us the backend SharePoint, and it gives us a centralized place to communicate and go back and forth so that everybody can stay up to date. 

It's easy to email the group, as well, since you have the team created.

We use Microsoft solutions for everything that we do. A part of our software development is done in .NET using Visual Studio and development tools. We use Azure Cloud Platform, and we are also providing services to our client's clients. It would be hard to imagine using something else because we are so used to using Microsoft tools. It is something that you count on having.

Microsoft 365 Business is helping the business very much. Office 365 is reliable, full of a lot of applications, such as Word, Excel, and so on. It is very easy. Some versions are deployed on-premises, and some are deployed on the cloud.

We have around 200 users in our company. We are also a member of a group, and we have more than 3000 users all over the group. 

• It is effortless to implement which ensures the whole team can handle the tools without problem, both the most used, like Word and Excel to make simple documents, and others like PowerPoint for the presentation of architectural projects to customers.  
• It also supports using Skype for remote meetings without major problems, asides being able to support cloud storage which is very useful.

Using the tools provided by Microsoft 365 Business has made the people in our company more collaborative. We are able to better keep in touch with each other using email, Microsoft Teams calls, chats, as well as Yammer.

For example, we have depended heavily on it for our remote work capability, we have worked 100% remotely since the Covid-19 pandemic hit.

We see a productivity increase and a better collaboration platform. Instead of booking a meeting room for discussion, we can just use Teams to meet. 

Microsoft 365 Business is the standard requirement amongst organizations to have these tools in order to allow their employees to work efficiently.

Being linked with Microsoft 365 it's very helpful.

It has made all unstructured information available anywhere, anytime. With the WOrkPoint 365 solution we have full integration between Microsoft 365 components like Teams, Power Platform, etc. 

The integration of all Microsoft products into the cloud gives us a lot of flexibility on a daily basis. The whole company integrates in a unified way.

Some of the interactive stuff that is available on Teams has been useful during the pandemic.

Microsoft 365 Business has helped my organization get organized using email, calendar and contacts all perfectly synchronized with a real time collaboration.

We have recently increased its usage. We are also using Microsoft Teams now. We are very happy with this solution, particularly with Microsoft Teams because it has enabled us to collaborate very well with our colleagues during the pandemic. The collaboration within the company has been really great through Microsoft Teams. 

At this point, I cannot say if there has been an advantage to changing.
