What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Microsoft 365 Business is a scalable product.

We have two users in our organization who are using this solution.

How are customer service and support?

We have not contacted technical support. We have never needed it.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I am familiar with OpenOffice, but it has compatibility issues with files. We prefer Microsoft Office products

It is very easy to install Microsoft 365 Business.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The price could always be better. I live in Turkey, our economy is not very good.

Licensing fees are paid on a yearly basis.

I have not had any issues when using Microsoft 365 Business.

I am very comfortable using this solution.

It is easy to use. 

I have not been faced with any security issues. The security has been good.

The features work well.

It is user-friendly.

From my experience, I would like to have a very clear way to distinguish between the billing plans and what is offered for the corporation and for personal usage.

We use this solution for a number of reasons. We use it for email, antivirus, OneDrive, Teams, various planners, and Power BI.

We can use many features that are available on the cloud.

What is most valuable?

It's quite simple and informative.

The adaptability is very easy. It is connected to many other platforms which also makes it easier.

What needs improvement?

Security is an area that needs improvement. The advanced security would be at the ultimate operating system level with advanced security where you would not have to rely on third-party security.

I would like to see more security features included.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using Microsoft as a product for a number of years, and we have been using Microsoft 365 Business for three years.

We are using the latest version.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Microsoft 365 Business is a stable product.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I don't have any issues with the scalability of this solution. We have approximately 180 people who are using it in our organization.

How are customer service and technical support?

We have contacted technical support. 

You have partner support and you have general region Microsoft support.

They have primary level support and anything more than that goes to Microsoft directly.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Previously, we were using another solution, but Microsoft is easier and everything is synchronized.

How was the initial setup?

The installation is simple. You can manage it yourself. 

Migration can be done through a partner or a migration team. For example, if you have a standalone device or wanted to migrate from any other mail platform, it can be done. It can be done yourself.

Generally, the length of time it takes the migration depends on the size of the partition, the number of accounts you need to migrate, and how many systems need to be done.

What about the implementation team?

We completed the installation ourselves.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

It's a cloud-based subscription.

The licensing fee is paid yearly.

What other advice do I have?

I would definitely recommend this solution to others.

We always use the latest version. 

The solution helps us to manage our business better and to connect with our teams. Nowadays, everybody's working from home and it provides us the ability to stay connected and to continue with our work.

What is most valuable?

The best feature of the solution is its flexibility. 

What needs improvement?

I feel that the user interface can be better when it comes to file sharing. At times, it is too clumsy, especially when there is a need to go to the team channel.

The user interface in respect of access and the channels can also be improved. 

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for one year. 

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is very stable. 

How are customer service and technical support?

I have not had experience with technical support. 

How was the initial setup?

I cannot comment on the installation as we have not handled it.

The implementation is company-wide and is already very flexible price-wise. 

There is a yearly licensing cost.

The solution is cloud based.

We are using the solution mainly for Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Additionally, we use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What is most valuable?

I think the flexibility of Teams very good.

What needs improvement?

There should be less power consumption of the PC resources while using this solution. We have professional systems and Teams can run slow at times. We also need to restart Teams in the middle of the meetings sometimes, this could improve in a future release.

I have been using the solution for three years.

The solution could be more stable.

The solution is easy to scale. We have 15 people using the solution in our company and it is very easy to increase the number of licenses and users.

The installation was very easy. The longest period of the installation was the migration of emails. The rest of the application can be deployed within two days.

We did the implementation ourselves. We have 10 technical engineers that can deploy and do maintenance of the solution.

There is a license for this solution and it is priced based on the users using it.
