A stable solution which is easy to use, has good tech support and is conveniently priced

Pros and Cons

  • "The solution is easy to use."
  • "The diagnostics is an issue that needs to be addressed, as it cannot be seen when needed."

What is our primary use case?

As the solution is cloud-based, we employ the latest version.

The solution is really important. It can work anywhere. One only need have an internet connection, so it's pretty safe.

What needs improvement?

The diagnostics is an issue that needs to be addressed, as it cannot be seen when needed.

Furthermore, there is insufficient on-line information in respect of what is transpiring in real time concerning conferencing.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution performs with stability.

How are customer service and technical support?

The technical support is fine.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

As we were already using Microsoft, use of these sheets was the next logical step.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was straightforward, although I do not recall how long it took.

What about the implementation team?

I was not involved in the implementation of the solution.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The licensing is monthly.

Its price is fine.

What other advice do I have?

I am not a manager of the solution. We solely make use of it.

The solution is easy to use.

Everyone in our organization is making use of it. This accounts for 3,000 or 4,000 users.

I would recommend the solution to others.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using the solution for about five years at this point. It's been a while.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The stability of the solution is very good. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It's reliable and the performance has been good for us.

How are customer service and technical support?

I don't have any experience using technical support. I cannot say how helpful or responsive they are. I've never tried to contact them.

What other advice do I have?

I'm just a customer and end-user. I'm not a reseller and don't have a business relationship with Microsoft.

I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten. I have been pleased with the product's capabilities and enjoy using it for work.

I would recommend it to colleagues and other companies.

Allows our team to work together regardless of location

What is our primary use case?

We mainly use this solution for video conferencing on Microsoft Teams. We also use SharePoint quite a bit — for email.  Within our organization, there are roughly 1,350 employees using this solution. Currently, we have a team of four technical engineers that take care of all maintenance-related issues.

What is most valuable?

I appreciate the mobility of this solution. We started using it due to the pandemic. Once COVID-19 hit, we began working from home.

What needs improvement?

I suppose it could be more secure; every solution could be more secure.

For how long have I used the solution?

We just migrated over to Microsoft 365 Business last year.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

This solution is very scalable.

A multi-purpose, integrated solution with Teams as the best feature

What is our primary use case?

Our primary use case of this solution is for Microsoft Teams. We are customers of Microsoft.

What is most valuable?

Teams is the most valuable feature of 365 and I also appreciate that the solution is able to provide many different features such as cloud, OneDrive, Office, emails, etc.

What needs improvement?

UINUX for Microsoft 10 is so heavy for our users. For my students and staff it's sometimes slow to access the application, there are connectivity issues. I think Microsoft needs to make a light version for UINUX. I'd like to see an engine included.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using this solution for six months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

This is a stable solution.
