I have not had any issues when using Microsoft 365 Business.

The 365 mailbox is very heavy software, which is a problem if you don't have the proper internet speed. Attaching documents to email is a process that needs to be simplified. Also, downloading mail takes a long time.

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for between four and five years.

It is used by the entire organization and we plan to continue using it.

I have not been in contact with support for this product.
