I don't think that there is anything that needs to be greatly improved with this product. The user interface needs some improvement.

A complete productivity solution for small and medium-sized businesses

What is our primary use case?

Our entire company uses this solution — roughly 25,000 people. We use Microsoft 365 Business for email, for example.  We definitely plan to keep using this solution. 

What is most valuable?

Teams and SharePoint are both great. 

What needs improvement?

There should be more alignment between Windows solutions, mobile solutions, and web solutions. That way the user experience is always the same. Currently, a Windows solution is very powerful whereas the mobile experience is basic.

How are customer service and technical support?

I can't comment on support as I have never had to contact them.

As this is a cloud-based solution, there is no setup required.

It's always updated because Microsoft does patching regularly.

It's easier to configure, and you don't have to worry about supporting the solution.
