Microsoft Dynamics CRM Valuable Features

Rishabh Chhajer - PeerSpot reviewer
Head IT at Dhani

Compared to other partners, the most valuable aspect of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is its intuitive APIs, which are customizable and allow for the addition of multiple parameters and attributes. This feature enhances the purpose call in our services. Additionally, the learning curve for contact center agents using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is shorter than with other solution providers. Finally, the commercial aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM are superior to those of other solution providers.

The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is the campaign feature. The solution's campaign feature allows you to collate a group of customers and the frequency of email notifications sent to them. You can put an advertising budget for a series of customers, whereby high net-worth individuals will be marketed for high-end products.

Low-end customers will be in a different campaign. So, we run campaigns on different sectors of customers.

One of the solution's good features is integration because it directly integrates with Microsoft tools. Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams are built into it. The solution gives a varied network of text and email gateways, which are already integrated and come with the package.

When you have a vanilla, straightforward version, it is easy to use.

Since it is Microsoft it runs the same interfaces as, for example, Office, Sharepoint, et cetera. The UI is standard which makes it easier to use, rather than introducing something with a completely different look and feel, like SAP.

A straightforward setup is pretty simple.

Technical support is good.

The pricing is reasonable.

The solution works well with Azure, and we also have Sharepoint. It integrates well with other Microsoft products. We enjoy the interconnectivity on offer. We like that it's just one environment.

The product is stable.

It can scale well.

Microsoft partners can use the solution for free.

There are a lot of modules, and therefore, there is a lot of configurability and customization.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM has the same features as Salesforce CRM, but what I like about the solution is that it's customizable. It's also one of the top-rated CRMs in the market.

I also like that the coverage system of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is very, very broad, which means you can do a lot with it versus what you can do with Salesforce CRM.

I found all the usual CRM features valuable in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, e.g. customer registration, customer complaints management, customer contract management, etc.

The system is also very easy to use. Its UI is very nice, e.g. with Microsoft products, the UI is close to being the best, while products from competitors have the worst UI.

The most valuable features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM are all the filters and possible reports. Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides better knowledge, better control, and better reports. The solution improves your internal analysis and tells where and when you have to improve your strengths in your team or sales effort. It also informs you which business units need more attention and which ones are good.

It's been very helpful in ensuring that we're able to provide the best of services and provide responses to whatever queries we get from all our customers. It ensures that there's continuity, and you don't have to start asking the customer about what happened. From CRM, you can easily see all the interactions and events in the record and take it from there.

We're also able to customize it for some of our core solutions. For example, we do benefit payments, so we're able to utilize the workflow part of that. We found out that when you initiate a benefits payment request, we're able to flow through the different approval stages. We're able to see and keep track of that on the system.

The way it effectively works with the array of other Microsoft tools, such as Azure, is valuable. It works very well with the use of data linking and things like that. Overall, it is a great overall tool to have an effective understanding of the transactional background of each of our customers.

The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics CRM has to be its interface. The product helps with the step-by-step process of engaging clients and moving them from opportunities to paying clients. The product also makes it possible for us to classify and practicalize our target market allowing us to ultimately be able to focus on those customers who show interest in a product or service.
