I have used JD Edwards and SAP solutions.

We previously used Salesforce.

I used different solutions in the last year for different businesses. So, I used Odoo and NetSuite.

We previously used SYSPRO ERP and we switched to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central because it is more popular, has additional advanced features and the interface is easier for new users.

Previously, we used Gmail.

We made the switch because it was a more convenient option. Additionally, many other companies like ours, including SMEs, also use Microsoft. We became aware of this and decided to adopt it as well.

We previously used Cisco Webex.

We were using a standalone. We are getting more features after switching to Microsoft 365.

We previously used Microsoft Navision. 

I have only used previously used individual solutions that are part of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central package, such as Power BI

We have also used a solution called Glovia. Their financial solution wasn't very good for Czech tax, and there was no support for Czech taxes so we had to cut it. Now, we have two systems, but we just want to use one. We don't know if Business Central can be expanded or if something else will have to be deployed.

I did not previously use a different ERP solution. 

We were not using any other solution previously. NAV was here from the beginning of time. It is a very old one, and it has developed over time.

From a business intelligence perspective, I have connected or created cubes or analytics services from multiple databases, anything from SAP, Pascal, JD Edwards, Oracle, Cognos, Executive Viewer. For ERP, I'm only working with Dynamics NAV and Business Central. 

We had a simple accounting system before, and we wrote our own warehouse management system to work with that. We switched to NAV when we found out the other system would no longer be supported. The appeal of NAV was that it's all-inclusive, so we didn't need 15 different programs to keep the business running. We do everything in NAV now.

I have not used a solution similar to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

There has not been an updated version of this solution since NAV2016 here in India. Microsoft is releasing the replacement on April 1st, 2021 called Business Central and we already have many customers that are going to migrate.

I use some local solutions. I did not completely switch to Dynamics NAV. Dynamics NAV is worldwide product, so you can find arrangements (jobs) in different countries.

We used Progress DBMS accounting version from the UK, but that is not well supported once out of the UK.
