Having dynamic dimensions definitely makes managing much easier. For example, when I was a financial systems manager for a publicly traded company using GP, creating a new expense account required about four hours of work because we had to create the account string for every department, line of business, and region. This resulted in over 800 unique account strings. In Business Central, creating a new expense account is much simpler and independent of other dimensions. When coding transactions, we select the main account number, line of business, call center, and region separately. This is a huge benefit and Business Central is also device agnostic, allowing it to be operated on any device. GP is a Windows-based program that requires a laptop or PC to operate and a VPN to connect to the database from home, making it slower outside of the office. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is better suited for the new workplace environment where many people work from home.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV is good for smaller-sized companies.

Its most valuable feature is the user interface. It's quite easy to use. Anyone with any past ERP experience can use and understand it. They can also customize it on their own. They can change the place of the field and can do it on their side since it is on the cloud. This is the best thing. 

It also has a mobile application. If you are not on your laptop or computer, you can use it even from your mobile.

In addition, there is a community portal where people from all around the world suggest what they want in the system, and the Microsoft team replies to them. There are votes on comments, and then they make the changes in their next release. There is a new major release every six months.

As a customer, one should focus on specific pillars such as CRM, opportunity management, and interaction handling. Depending on the business, emphasis might shift to post-production or accounting modules, especially when utilizing functions related to manufacturing or production. Each feature holds value tailored to meet different customer needs.

The Power Apps are very good for developers. 

The solution's integrations and interface are very good. Many options are included such as different IPs, APIS, and Azure SQL Database. You can interface with handheld machines and other products. This makes things easy on developers and saves time.

The dashboard very user friendly and the best we have seen in ERPs. You can see KPS, sales, and customers in a virtual front desk. With one click you see what you need because Power AI sends everything to the dashboard. 

Information changed in Excel or another integrated tool automatically pushes to the solution. 

The solution helps to create new tickets, and the delegation to the concerned person is smooth. The solution has good dashboard functionalities and export functionalities.

Reporting and cooperation between departments are valuable features of the solution. Cooperation means that all employees can see and make a transaction between themselves. It makes delivering information and organizing the work easier to make it a more flowable workflow. So, it provides a structure to approve and structure to pass the transactions in a good and correct way or path.

Microsoft Dynamic 365 has everything we need, like Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc. I do a lot of data visualization, so I work a lot with Power BI. I bring in tables from Oracle and use Power Bi to manipulate and visualize the data. I handle all the stats and track everything that goes in and out of the company. We use all the modules, but I work primarily with Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. They are all equally important and work together.

The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is cloud accessibility.

This is readily available and affordable, as well as user-friendly and simple to use in my opinion.

The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is the Teams application. I use Teams to share documents amongst my team members, have meetings, and talk to them.

The tool covers most of the business requirements that most companies have, especially financial institutions.

The selling feature is the most valuable.

We really like the applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and the M365 Suite. 

It is very user-friendly.

The most important feature of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is that it lets us centralize all our information so that we don't need to rely on any other software outside of Microsoft.

This is a robust solution. I like the integration with Power BI wherein we are able to deploy multiple reports along with Power BI. We have access to all the reports we need in one dashboard. It's very useful for us and for the sales department, in particular. 

The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is using the Excel sheets on Chrome and other applications.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV's most valuable feature is the integration with other Microsoft solutions.

It's quite reliable, and there's a good local provider who can adapt the solution for tax issues.

This solution can be used in combination with Microsoft Office 365 with the cloud version.

The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is its simplicity of accounting and receiving reports. The solution is similar to Microsoft Excel, and that similarity is good. All the functions of Microsoft Dynamics are user-friendly.

The performance is good. I'm happy overall with the product's capabilities.

For my clients, the most important feature of Microsoft Dynamics NAV has been the workflows, including how organized the information flows across. That has been the key reason for the entire migration, and why my clients have been using Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

My clients have multiple business areas, and each business area is independent and uses Microsoft Dynamics NAV. It's not like one license is being used across business units. Now my clients are trying to remove all of that, in particular, remove all those multiple systems and bring them into one omnichannel.

For me, the main strengths of Microsoft Dynamics NAV are that it's user-friendly and light. These are its major wins. I have used other ERPs and their architecture were a little more complex when compared to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV architecture. The solution is customizable and user-friendly, and these are the key elements that I like best about Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

I have found the flexibility to be very valuable. It's highly flexible, and at least for us, it has been effective. It is also highly functional.

A regular consultant will be able to do a lot more than that with some of the other platforms. With SAP, you may need a specialized consultant for each module. You won't get one person who is an expert in multiple modules that can do a lot of work easily. This is not the case with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

So, it's cost effective in terms of price and maintenance as well. You get resources that are very helpful, and the application by itself is very flexible.

It's stable and scalable at small to medium load requirements.

It is easy to use, and it works very well for small-scale companies.

All of the features are valuable, depending on where you implement them. I've done implementations in 60 countries, across 86 different companies and groups, and each company has a different reason for why they want to use it. Every single feature that I've implemented has been successful, and for some companies, where they didn't use the functionality, they have moved to external products or they've integrated into other applications.

The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is its ease of use, data customization, and smooth integration.

I like Microsoft Dynamics' simplicity. The interface is excellent, and it's a highly mature product. You can hardly find any bugs in the product. 

The Microsoft brand is also crucial. When you pitch this solution, customers know Microsoft and understand the advantage of native integration between Microsoft products and MS Dynamics Business Central. Another thing is customization. We can easily build a custom solution if somebody wants one.

It's quite useful for our production line, and it's easy to configure to our requirements.

The most valuable feature is that it's completely stacked with Microsoft solutions like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. That is the best DNA, which Microsoft offers you while using the solution.

One of the reasons why NAV was best suited for us was the fact that it was customizable. All the functions aren't off-the-shelf.

Microsoft products are very good in general. This product is flexible, easy to use, intuitive, and has good capabilities. The solution does well in India because of the solid brand Microsoft has created.

The solution is very well integrated and doesn't require a lot of work in that respect. We're happy with it. One of the advantages is that, for example, the vertical covers all aspects of the functionality for the various areas of operations and integrates easily with the existing office products, BI, and CRM. On top of that, there are a lot of resources available for this platform to do whatever integration is required. Essentially, we use the SharePoint product, Offices 365, the mail, all are well integrated. On top of that, there are a few other functionalities that could be coming out on Office 365 which would help us to improve our processes. 

Usability and UX/UI functionality. These features make implementation of projects much simpler. It allows smoother adoption of the new system and processes.

Everything seems to be useful for each production department. We have everything recorded in the database, so our data is much more manageable than before. That's one of the greatest advantages.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV is brilliant and it's a different segment when comparing it with Dynamics AX. Dynamics AX is a larger product with much more features and it's aimed at a different segment of the market.

I have found it to be role-oriented. You have different workspace homepages and it's has something for everyone from finance to project management to inventory. Additionally, it has a basic manufacturer sector functionality.
