Our company uses the solution to provide customers with threat management. We group emails or policies from DLP, configure them, and resolve alerts. 

Customers have multiple teams who are responsible for managing the solution's features. For example, a customer might have security and DevOps teams with an engineering team just to manage email. Across all management teams, there might be up to fifty users. Companywide, the solution is used by every employee because it is associated with email. 

We primarily use the solution for security.

We deploy the solution as a part of the Microsoft 365 suite. We are a security provider. We deploy Microsoft Exchange Online Protection for clients who purchase Microsoft 365 so that the spam and links are screened for security purposes. We manage the Microsoft 365 suite for our customers. We track the flagged emails.

The main use case is to block suspicious links in emails. 

However, some functionalities like SIPP attachment are not available in the basic EOP. Alos, complete phishing protection is also not available in EOP. 

That's why we are considering Check Point's dedicated email security solution, which offers these functionalities, although we haven't started using it yet.

We are using Microsoft Exchange Online Protection for all our customers. Microsoft doesn't give you a preconfigured solution like other vendors. Microsoft has come out of that plug-and-play concept, and for every product, you need to reconfigure and fine-tune it according to your needs.

We use the solution to ensure that our assets on the cloud are highly secure.

We use the solution in all our environments. We use it for remedy tickets and give them updates. It was our main communication point. 

We use Microsoft Exchange Online Protection to secure our users' accounts. For example, we implement MFA on our users' emails to ensure their mailboxes or accounts are secured. Aside from providing the username and password, the solution provides a code or additional security to ensure their accounts are properly secured. We also used a phishing tool.

Microsoft Exchange Online Protection protects remote and on-site users against email-based threats. 

We use our company's Microsoft Exchange Online Protection as a spam filter, virus protection, and malware protection.

My company uses Microsoft Exchange Online Protection for additional security, spam filtering, and DNS spoofing.

We use Microsoft Exchange Online Protection for scanning and protecting email attachments and URLs. Primarily we use Mimecast for URL protection, but it's good to have a second step, particularly Microsoft Exchange Online Protection, just in case something slips through.

The solution is for general protection, specifically for email scanning to protect against threats.

Microsoft Exchange Online Protection's use case can be email collaboration, data protection from various threats such as phishing or malware, and deploying anti-spam policies and anti-malware policies to ensure user safety. Additionally, the attack simulation and training features within the solution can be used to train end users across different campaigns happening over the internet. Other features like saved attachments, saved documents, and disabling options in Microsoft Exchange Online Protection can also be utilized.

We are using Microsoft Exchange Online Protection for the migration of users from on-premise to the cloud.

Not a lot of our company's clients actually get Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP) implemented in their IT environments.

My company's clients use Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP) for email protection.

I primarily use the solution for online protection. It protects us from malware and spam, among other threats.

I can employ my own policies, for example, attached files and email, and I can apply security to them and analyze threats that may come in. I put together the best configurations to help protect the users.

It is an easy solution. It is useful for local users and our company because we use Microsoft 365. It is also free with Microsoft 365.

Our primary use case is to support client environments. We need to check if everything is working fine if the email flows are fine, and if any certificates need to be renewed. Those are the system admin jobs that we do as system engineers.

The reason for the use of Microsoft Exchange Online Protection is that the solution is native to Microsoft Exchange.

I primarily use Online Protection for technical support.

It's a spam filter and an antivirus solution. It protects our clients from spammers.

I manage all the users and special accounts with the tool. 

I'm using Microsoft Exchange Online Protection to reduce cost because I won't need another solution to check the edge malware and spam.
