I had experience dealing with Microsoft customer support when I was working for Behold. The technical support is a little slow. They are a little slow in responding and they take their own time when offering the service. I'm happy but I'm not delighted with their support. View full review »

I would rate the technical support a seven out of ten. There are different service levels. For example, an enterprise customer will probably have a special service level agreement, but for SMBs, the level is different. So in that, not all customers are treated equally. View full review »
