Good email service, however, no technical support and needs to be more automated

What is our primary use case?

I use it for various aspects of my business (scheduling/calendar, email, etc.).

Pros and Cons

  • "In terms of email, I could probably do the same things with other programs, however, I find 90% of my usage is Gmail."
  • "The solution is not user-friendly and it doesn't integrate that well with Microsoft Office, which is one of the bigger business apps on the market, compared to Google Sheets and applications of that sort."

What other advice do I have?

I'm just a customer. I'm not sure of the version I'm currently using. I just use the business G Suite. I believe it's always the latest version that's available. The only thing I use in G Suite is Gmail, Drive and the Calendar and that's about it. I'm not really using Google Ads. I do a little bit of YouTube stuff, but I'm fixing to convert that into putting the videos on my website. I just recently also used Google Voice. In terms of advice to other companies, I'd caution that it's very difficult to use effectively. Users need to really make sure they're going to have to be able to vertically…

Integration with Microsoft Office synchronizes your documents so they are always current

What is our primary use case?

I use Dropbox for document and file sharing. I am more active now because I am using my personal storage to share project files.

Pros and Cons

  • "I like the synchronization, and the integration with Microsoft Office is good."
  • "The problem with the storage is that you are only able to synchronize the information within the amount of storage that you have. It doesn't matter if you are accessing from a team member who has more storage, the limitations are with your storage."

What other advice do I have?

The main difference between dropbox and other solutions that I have used is the synchronization in using local software to the account. You can work in the file in your local office and it will synchronize to the cloud. You are also always working with the latest version of the document. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

A great collaboration service for small organizations

What is our primary use case?

I used this solution to place a knowledge folder on the cloud so that I can access my files for references from anywhere in the world. Our organization is quite small, we only have roughly 20 to 30 employees using this solution. I would like to continue using this solution, but we are waiting for approval.

Pros and Cons

  • "This solution is great for inviting and sharing documents with other users."
  • "I had a very bitter experience with their mobile app."

What other advice do I have?

I would definitely recommend this solution to other potential users. People only know of It because it is included with OneDrive. The marketing should be better, but I would definitely recommend it. On a scale from one to ten, I would give Amazon WorkDocs a rating of eight. If their mobile version was better, I would give them a higher rating.

A good interface for file sharing and management, but third-party integration should be improved

What is our primary use case?

We use Box as a cloud-based storage service for our employees. We are using it to share documents, such as presentations, between people. Some of our customers have many gigabytes in files and we set up shared access to them using Box.

How has it helped my organization?

It also allows us to maintain and manage all of our documents across the network.

What is most valuable?

The interface is very good.

What needs improvement?

The integration with other products should be improved.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

We have never had any specific issues related to the stability of Box.

How are customer service and technical support?

We have not been in contact with technical support.
