Director, Program Innovation & Improvement Medicare at UPMC
I did not work with a third-party integrator, consultant, or reseller. I completed the deployment by myself.
I had some help from YouTube and Google.
I'm not familiar with the maintenance aspect. I know there is a reference center and a few others from our IT department. I would guess that there is a team of a few hundred people to maintain this solution.

The company as a whole used Microsoft consultants to set up a center of excellence.
View full review »We sourced the solution's version for free projects from a company, and the company was really helpful.
Regarding deployment and maintenance, our company had technical resources, promotional resources, analytics, and so on. So, we had a big in-house team using all the available resources. So, around fifteen people in a team were looking at the implementation part of the solution. Also, our sales company had a team of ten members. In short, a significant number of resources were engaged in the solution's maintenance phases.
