I'm a consultant and an integrator. I never call up a third party to help with implementation. 

We used the Microsoft team to deploy the solution.

The initial setup of Microsoft Remote Desktop Services was done by our company.

Our team handled the implementation in-house. 

The implementation was completed in-house with the help of the distributor techs.

An engineer worked with us to set up the servers. We have machines joining the domain, and we have workgroup machines.

We deployed it on our own.

We use enterprise orchestration so it doesn't take too long to deploy. Microsoft products do not really play along with the open-source orchestration platforms. Once you overcome this, it becomes easier.

For the deployment process, in the current scenario, we have this solution from one vendor, and we are migrating it to a new platform. So it's not a complete configuration but rather a lift-and-ship process from one platform to another. We've been working on it for a long time.

We have around four to five people for the deployment and about four to five people for testing the applications after migration. There are a couple of architects who are looking into all the configuration changes in the lift-and-ship process. And there are also a couple of managers and a few quality assurance people.

For maintenance, the client has a partnership with Microsoft for maintenance as part of this deployment.

I deployed Microsoft Remote Desktop Services with the help of a consultant because when I was trying to deploy on the cloud, there was a pop-up telling me to wait ten minutes to complete the setup. Then I could get assistance if I had a question, which I did.

We can do the deployment ourselves. We install an application and connect to the server. We must provide our credentials to connect to the tool.

The implementation can be done in-house.

Since it was quite easy to deploy, we did not need any outside assistance from integrators or consultants. 

We need five employees, including managers, administrators, and engineers, to deploy and maintain the solution.

I’m implementing the remote desktop for customers.

The setup is quite clear and you don't need a team to do it. All of the instructions are available on the internet and because it's a Microsoft solution, there are many blogs available with the steps for you to follow.

We set everything up ourselves and I haven't had the need to consult anybody else for technical support.
